What is the Implementation Plan?

Our Implementation Plan helps ensure the smooth acquisition and implementation of SIGMASOFT^® Virtual Molding within your organization.

Why have an Implementation Plan?

Our implementation plan is our outlined promise to you to be by your side. From the moment you invest in SIGMASOFT^®, through the successful integration of the software into your production process. This includes installing the software, training your user(s), educating your organization and beyond. We are committed to partnering with you to ensure success.

How does it work?

The plan is broken down into three stages. Each stage essentially walks you through all of the technical, educational, and support issues that arise as you add SIGMASOFT^® to your operation. Our goal is to never leave your side and to always be a resource you can count on when working through molding issues.

Implementation Plan Phases

We are committed to diligently and expeditiously educating your organization on the benefits of Autonomous Optimization while training your user(s) to efficiently and effectively navigate SIGMASOFT^® Virtual Molding.

Phase 1: Preparation & Installation
This phase of the plan includes assistance with acquisition of hardware, installation of the software and scheduling of all training courses.

Phase 2: User Training
After training, the manager is provided with information about what was taught, realistic expectations, and next steps. SIGMA account managers will visit to check on progress, reach out to the user(s) to assist with initial project work, and assist in presenting results of these first projects.

Phase 3: Organization Integration
We will educate personnel who view results or make decisions based on software outputs in our “On-site Seminar”. The final step in our implementation efforts is a meeting to evaluate how this process has worked and to develop an ongoing customer development plan.
