Our Solutions Center is here to help you all along the way. From our three phase implementation plan that helps with the successful on-boarding of our software, to the on-going education you will receive from the SIGMA Academy, to the never-ending support you will receive from your team of engineers here to guide you and support you all along the way. 

Whether you are a new customer, or one we have had for years, we are here for you whenever you need help or guidance.

Our support has a 4 levels to help take care of your needs in the most efficient way possible.

You will be assigned an Account Manager who will be with notified if you need any support on any level, that way your Account Manager can follow up to be sure your supports needs were handled to your satisfaction.
