When you invest in SIGMASOFT®, you get the SIGMA Academy with it.
The SIGMA Academy offers multiple levels of training, on-going education, seminars, workshops, webinars and tips & tricks. The Academy is here to ensure you are able to successfully integrate SIGMASOFT® into your engineering process enabling you to achieve first-shot success every time.
By limiting the maximum group size to six participants we want to ensure that the training is as individual and focused as possible. In different specific training courses, which are partly based on each other, you will be able to learn about very different aspects of SIGMASOFT® and use them efficiently.
The Basic Training Course is mandatory and forms the basis of necessary knowledge which is needed to participate in one of the advanced courses (e.g. for Stress I Basic, Stress II Advanced, DoE I Basic).
- Initial training for all hands-on users of the software
- Ongoing education for the user
- Seminars, workshops and webinars for continuous education
- On-site workshops to educate your organization on how the software positively impacts almost all the departments in the organization.

As a new user, this is the first course offered within SIGMA Academy. Here you will gain the knowledge necessary to complete day-to-day work with SIGMASOFT® Virtual Molding. The focus is on the overall approach and efficient use of the software.
Duration: 3 Days
Requirement: None
This class emphasizes simulations that associate to the production floor. With a heavy focus on the setup and interpretation of the mold and water/heating lines and how it impacts the shrinkage & warpage of the part. This course combines lecture and hands-on use with SIGMASOFT® Virtual Molding. Exercises accompany lessons to provide real-world examples to the trainee. Training consists of running three different simulations (default process, process optimization, channel layout), which help to improve a process for the given part and mold. This class also focuses on an expanded understanding of Shrinkage & Warpage. Book your SIGMASOFT® Intermediate Training now!
